Room-ad Rooms in a lakeside shared house near Saltsjö-Boo, available from 1 November We are four people living in a house on a rocky hillside overlooking the water in Saltsjö-Boo, Nacka. We are looking for new housemates who want nature, community and a calm home by the sea, while still being close to the city. The room 2,900 SEK/month A bright wooden rooms with a warm, cozy feel. The room is in the attic with sloped ceilings, a lot of space and beautiful wooden floors. It really feels like living on a boat! Rent does not include electricity, hot water, cold water or broadband. These costs are shared between the housemates. The house There are big shared spaces, including a living room with a large sofa and a fireplace that we light when it gets cold. The kitchen is cozy, with space for long dinners. There is a big balcony with a view over the water, and a veranda and small dock down by the shore, perfect for summer evenings, fika and swimming. With a 7 to 12 minute walk to the bus stop which has busses every couple of minutes to slussen. Who we are looking for We want someone social, open and warm who enjoys sharing everyday life with others. We cook together, have coffee on the balcony and hang out, or have a game night, but we also respect that everyone needs time to themselves.
